National Biosecurity Forum 2021

The 2021 National Biosecurity Forum will be held on Wednesday 10 November 2021 in Canberra (with remote participation options available).

The themes for the 2021 National Biosecurity Forum are:

• Taking a future focus – a national biosecurity strategy
• Shared responsibility and partnerships
• Preparedness.

Overview

The National Biosecurity Forum brings together key stakeholders to:

• talk about the challenges and opportunities for Australia’s biosecurity system
• revisit discussions from the state and territory government biosecurity roundtables.

We host the forum each year, on behalf of the National Biosecurity Committee (NBC).

The Australian Biosecurity Awards are also presented at the forum.
